3D Pop out effect is very simple and easy to create with the help of photoshop cs5, It is one of the interesting to learn , Just follow my easy steps and create your own 3d effects with your photos. Try this simple project if there any doubt in this just raise the questions.
Step1: Go to File -> open -> select any image below diagram.
Step2: Double Click background layer make it as a layer
